Why can I not create a Greensheet?

Go to mykw.kw.com
Hover mouse over TECHNOLOGY tab
Choose GREENSHEET from the drop down menu (this brings you to your Greensheet Homepage)
Click on CREATE a GREENSHEET
Are you the Listing Agent? Answer NO
Is this a KW Listing? Answer NO
