Can administration make copies of deposit/escrow checks?

Deposit/ Escrow checks are not permitted, per bank, to have copies made by administration. It is the agents fiduciary responsibility to collect checks, verify they are the correct amount and make copies for their own records prior to submitting them to Closings for deposit. 

*If copies of checks are needed, please contact buyer/ buyers agent for cleared copies from bank.
