To create a "Win-Win" situation, the agent will be compliant in the companies time frames and guidelines and the company will request an agents commission to be paid at the closing, if the agent elects Direct Pay on the Closing Request Form.
The following criteria must all be met:
1. The Closing Request /Escrow Release form is emailed/shared (to closings@kwrct.com) at least 5 days prior to closing - with the direct pay option checked off (bottom of form)
2. The Agents files were complete, timely and compliant (not fined)
3. The Agents account is paid up to date
4. The KW Commission check must be given immediately to the office after closing
5. A copy of the Agents Direct Pay Commission check must be submitted to the office or closings@kwrct.com email before depositing!
6. Direct Pay is not requested on Capping / Anniversary closings within a 30 day period of capping/anniversary. The system will generate incorrect amounts.
7. Statements will not be redone if you become compliant, cap or anniversary hits, forget to check off for direct pay, once processed the Standard Commission Process applies (only if the actual amounts change from the original Direct Pay statement will these be redone)
