What do I do when my deal falls through?

If your deal fell through and you have a fully executed rescission, please email/share that document with [e-mail] to ensure prompt release of escrow.

Even if you are on the buyside, and there is no escrow to release, please email the form to [e-mail] that way we can terminate the deal in our system and keep our pendings up to date.

Please do not leave this form in Dot Loop. Forms left in loops will not be processed.
